You generally won't need to use these that often, but if you think your healer is struggling a bit don't be afraid to help them out when you can. Neither have a cooldown, unless using Light's Celerity, but they can't be spammed indefinitely since you'll either run out of mana or Holy Power pretty quickly if you try to. The one you'll use more often will depend on if you're using Light's Celerity or Healing Hands. Be careful when using this on fellow Paladins, since it will also lock them out of using Divine Shield for 30 seconds. Be aware that it won't full heal your tank either, since its healing is based on your maximum health, which will naturally be lower as a DPS. There's no real tricks to using it, just make sure to keep an eye out for situations it could be valuable.
